Private 1:1 mentoring
Become the practitioner people ask for by name.
Private 1:1 mentoring for practitioners ready to become known for distinctive, trusted work.
Bring real cases, teaching questions, and professional crossroads into a mentoring space that helps you work with more clarity, stronger judgement, and a practice people remember, return to, and recommend.
Is this you?
When your training has taken you this far, and you’re ready for what comes next
You can know your method well and still feel unsure when a client arrives with pain, fear, a complicated history, or needs that do not fit the standard class plan.
And alongside the work in the room, there are bigger questions: where your teaching is heading, what you want to be known for, and how to build a practice that is sustainable, distinctive and properly valued.
You may be holding questions like
01
In the room
When the client doesn’t fit the plan.
Chronic pain
Support well without overstepping your scope.
Difficult dynamics
Resistant, anxious, demanding or hard-to-read clients.
Special populations
Older adults, pregnancy, postpartum, teens and kids, athletes, injuries, hypermobility, fatigue, trauma histories, mixed-ability groups.
Teaching quality
Clearer, safer, more effective — never generic.
02
In your direction
When you’re deciding what’s next.
Identity
The teacher you want to become and be known for.
Next step
Specialise, train further, teach teachers, or go deeper.
Self-trust
Your own judgement, not the next certificate.
03
In your business
When your practice needs to reflect your value.
Positioning
Explain what you do so the right people trust you.
Pricing
Price and package work to reflect its value.
Growth
Referrals without burnout or dilution.
For practitioners who want to think better, teach with more clarity, build a practice with direction, and become the person clients ask for by name.
Why choose this mentoring
A mentor for the moments your method does not answer on its own
Good practitioners are shaped by more than technique. They are shaped by clinical reasoning, self-awareness, clear communication, and the ability to meet the person in front of them with skill and judgement.
This is a space to think through complex clients, mixed-need classes, difficult dynamics, and the next stage of your professional direction without adding more noise.
You bring the cases, questions, and ambitions you are carrying. Together, we clarify what is needed, what is not, and how you can work in a way that is more effective, more sustainable, and more true to you.
Areas of support
What I can help with
Practical support for your teaching, clients, purpose, and professional direction.
01
Complex Clients + Special Populations
Build the confidence to adapt your teaching when the standard plan is not enough. We can look at chronic pain, nervous system sensitivity, injury rehab, chronic fatigue, autoimmune conditions, anxiety, depression, pregnancy, postpartum, teens and kids, athletes, older adults, hypermobility, and mixed-ability groups.
You will learn to make clearer decisions, hold steadier boundaries, and create classes, workshops, and 1:1 plans that meet the person in front of you.
02
Purpose, Mission + Your Unique Gifts
For the practitioner who knows there is something distinctive in their work, but cannot yet name it clearly. We can clarify what you are here to do, who you are best placed to serve, and how to bring your gifts forward through your teaching, niche, offers, and positioning.
This is support for the work you do and the practitioner you are becoming, so your practice can reflect your real gifts, support your life, and become unmistakably your own.
What changes
Private mentoring for practitioners ready to deepen their work.
If you want steadier judgement with complex clients, clearer communication, and a practice that reflects your real strengths, private mentoring offers a thoughtful place to work through what is challenging, clarify what is next, and strengthen how you teach.
i.
Clearer judgement with complex clients
Work through the situations that are hardest to think clearly about on your own: persistent pain, conflicting needs, uncertainty about scope, and clients who do not respond to the usual plan.
You begin to second-guess yourself less, adapt with more confidence, and make steadier decisions in nuanced practice situations.
ii.
A more distinctive and referable practice
Clarify how to speak about your work, where your strengths are most useful, and what kinds of clients or complexities you are best placed to support.
Your practice becomes easier for clients, peers, and referrers to understand because the value of your work is more specific, more credible, and more clearly defined.
iii.
Stronger boundaries and a more sustainable way of working
Build clearer professional boundaries, communicate more cleanly, and shape your work in ways that are sustainable for both you and the people you support.
This is not about becoming harder. It is about working with more clarity, consistency, and integrity so your practice can deepen without draining you.

About Pippa
More than 20 years inside this work
I’ve spent more than two decades across movement, health, education, and practitioner development as a teacher, instructor trainer, mentor, studio owner, and leader.
I built and led six Pilates studios and two physiotherapy practices, trained and assessed practitioners through STOTT Pilates and Breathe Education, and later led the education and development of more than 100 instructors.
Alongside formal training in Pilates, movement, nutrition, human physiology, pain science, somatics, trauma-informed practice, hormone health, meditation, yoga, and Ayurveda, I help practitioners move from knowing the material to knowing how to work well with the person in front of them.

In their words
What practitioners say
Any instructor would be lucky to have her in their corner.
Rachel UsherInstructor Trainer and Co-founder, The Pilates League
I’ve had the privilege of learning from Pippa for years, and her mentoring played a huge role in shaping my Pilates career from trainee to trainer.
She is deeply knowledgeable across all apparatus, studio management, teacher training, and clinical practice, but what really sets her apart is how she teaches.
She’s patient, down to earth, and gives you feedback that actually makes sense, giving you tangible things to work on so you leave every session feeling clear, capable, but also inspired.
Any instructor would be lucky to have her in their corner.
She played such an important part in shaping the instructor I am today.
Pippa was my trainer when I first started my Pilates journey, and she played such an important part in shaping the instructor I am today.
From the beginning, she gave me such a strong foundation, not only in Pilates and movement, but in how to teach, communicate, and build confidence as an instructor.
She has an incredible depth of knowledge and a way of sharing it that makes you feel supported while still encouraging you to think, grow, and find your own style.
So much of what she taught me in those early years has stayed with me throughout my career and has influenced the way I teach and mentor others today.
I’ll always be incredibly grateful that she was the person who guided me at the very beginning.
Helen BossiOwner and Lead Instructor, North Fremantle Pilates
Each day I use what she taught me all those years ago.
Pippa was a wonderful and holistic mentor who took my budding interest in Pilates and helped me evolve it into a challenging and fulfilling career.
If it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t have accelerated this into becoming a Physio where each day I use what she taught me all those years ago.
Pippa’s wealth of knowledge spans so wide the only thing eclipsing it is her reach of welcoming everyone in.

02
We have a fit conversation
We look at your clients, the challenges you are meeting, and what support would genuinely help.
03
Support is shaped around your real work
If it is a good fit, the structure is tailored around your clients, teaching, purpose, and practice — grounded support for clearer decisions, stronger boundaries, and work that becomes recognisably your own.
What happens next
If this feels relevant to where you are in your work, apply for private mentoring and we’ll start with a short conversation, with no commitment.
