Find the pattern beneath the pressure.

Integrative health, nervous system support and Vedic wisdom for women navigating exhaustion, hormonal change, chronic stress and seasons of transition.

If you are running on empty, feeling wired but tired, struggling with changes in sleep, energy, hormones or mood, or know that something feels off despite doing all the “right” things, this work helps you look deeper.

Together, we explore what may be happening physiologically, how stress and your nervous system may be influencing the way you feel, and the wider patterns and season of life you are moving through.

So you can better understand what is happening, what may be asking for attention, and what could genuinely support you from here.

Explore ways to work together

Sometimes the usual answers are not enough.

You may have already done a lot of the learning, searching and trying. You eat well. You move your body. You take care of yourself. You’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, changed the supplements, tried to manage your stress.

And yet, you still do not feel quite right.

Perhaps your energy has changed. Your sleep is different. Your hormones or cycle feel less predictable. Maybe you are more reactive, depleted or overwhelmed than you used to be. You may be doing everything you have been told should help, and still wondering why you don’t feel well.

Or perhaps the change is harder to name.

Motherhood may have changed your capacity.
A relationship, career change or significant life transition may have left you questioning what fits now. The person you have been, and the life you have built, may no longer seem to fit together in quite the same way.

Sometimes the symptom is only one part of the story.

You may not need another supplement or surface level strategy.
You may need to understand what is happening beneath the surface. What is your body actually trying to tell you?

Hi, I’m Pippa.

For more than twenty years, my work has centred around health, movement, teaching and a curiosity about what helps people feel and function better.

My professional path began with a degree in Nutrition, shaped in part by my own early experiences with chronic health challenges and a desire to understand what was happening beneath the symptoms.

From there, my work expanded into Pilates and movement, chronic pain, teaching and practitioner education. I went on to build and lead studios and physiotherapy practices, train practitioners and mentor large teaching teams, while continuing to deepen my study of women’s health and hormones, nervous system and somatic practice, meditation, Ayurveda and Vedic wisdom.

But some of my deepest learning has come from the seasons in which the knowledge I already had was no longer enough.

Significant health challenges and personal change, followed later by motherhood and its profound shifts in body, identity and capacity, changed the questions I was asking. I became less interested in finding the one right answer and more interested in understanding how the pieces connect.

Today, those threads come together in an integrative approach that considers physiology alongside stress, nervous system health, lived experience and the wider season of life someone is moving through.

Because we understand people differently when we stop separating what they are feeling from the life they are living.

More About Pippa

My work now takes two paths.

The same curiosity that has shaped my own work also shapes the way I support others.

I work with women who want to understand better their health, hormones, nervous system and the changes they are moving through, and with practitioners who want to deepen the way they understand and support the people in front of them.

Different work, with the same belief at its heart: understand the person before deciding what they need.

For Women

Understand what your mind and body have been trying to tell you.

I support women navigating persistent symptoms, hormonal change, exhaustion, chronic stress, motherhood and significant seasons of transition.

Rather than looking at each symptom or challenge in isolation, we explore the connections between physiology, nervous system health, daily life and the wider patterns influencing how you feel.

Depending on what you need, that support may include Private Integrative work, Vedic Meditation, The Resourced Mama, a Soul Reading or ongoing movement and practice.

For Practitioners

Become the practitioner people ask for by name.

I mentor Pilates, yoga, movement and wellness practitioners who want to move beyond knowing more and become better at understanding the person in front of them.

Bring your knowledge, experience and real-world questions into deeper work around observation, judgement, communication, pain, nervous system awareness and the decisions that shape exceptional practice.

Develop the kind of practice people trust, remember and recommend.

Explore Practitioner Support

One person. More than one lens.

Health does not happen separately from stress, relationships, identity, motherhood or the season of life we are moving through.

My work brings together different ways of understanding what may be happening, from physiology and hormones to the nervous system, lived experience and Vedic wisdom.

Rather than reducing an experience to a single symptom, problem or strategy, we look for the patterns and connections that may be asking for attention.

You do not always need more information.

Sometimes you need someone who knows how to listen differently.

To notice what has been overlooked.
To ask a better question.
To understand how the pieces may connect.
To recognise what deserves attention and what does not need fixing.

Good support begins with paying closer attention to the person, not simply the problem.
