About Me
My work sits at the intersection of science, pattern recognition, and deeper self-understanding.
It began in my teenage years, when I quietly struggled with chronic fatigue. At the time, there were no clear answers, only symptoms that didn’t quite make sense. That experience led me into the world of nutrition, functional health, and root cause healing, and eventually to a Bachelor of Nutrition Science.
But what stayed with me wasn’t just the science. It was the realization that the body is always communicating, and that most people are never taught how to properly interpret what it’s saying.
Over the past two decades, my work has expanded beyond nutrition into movement, nervous system regulation, and deeper forms of healing. As a Pilates instructor, teacher trainer, and mentor, I’ve worked extensively with chronic pain, postural patterns, and the ways the body holds stress, trauma, and compensation over time.
This gave me a trained eye not just for symptoms, but for patterns. Patterns in the body, patterns in behaviour, and patterns in how people move through their lives.
At the same time, I continued to deepen my work on the clinical side. Through functional lab testing and root cause analysis, I support women in understanding what is happening beneath the surface, from hormone imbalances and postpartum depletion to gut health, stress physiology, and chronic fatigue.
This work allows us to move beyond surface-level solutions and into clear, personalised insight about what the body actually needs.
Life also brought its own set of initiations. A stroke, divorce, and financial loss. Experiences that reshaped not just my life, but my understanding of resilience, identity, and what it really means to rebuild.
These moments led me deeper into practices that support not just the body, but the mind, nervous system, and sense of self.
This is where my work expanded again.
Into Vedic meditation, Ayurveda, and Jyotish (Vedic astrology), systems that offer a different kind of clarity. Not just what is happening in the body, but why certain patterns repeat, why certain seasons of life feel the way they do, and how to move in alignment with timing rather than against it.
Today, my work brings these layers together. Functional health and lab analysis, nervous system and somatic awareness, and ancient systems of timing and self-understanding, so you’re not left guessing.
You understand what’s happening in your body, what’s happening in your life, and how to move forward with clarity and direction.
This work is for women who feel like something is shifting in their health, their identity, or their life, and want to understand what’s actually going on, rather than continue second-guessing themselves.

How I Work

and into a place where things begin to make sense.
Most women I work with are already paying attention.
They’ve made changes, followed advice, and are doing their best to support themselves.
What’s missing isn’t effort.
It’s a clear understanding of what their body is responding to
and how their current phase of life is influencing how they feel.
This is where we begin.
We look at your health through a more complete lens
combining functional testing, clinical insight, and an understanding of your nervous system and life context.
At the same time, we bring in the layer of timing.
Through systems like Jyotish, we look at the phase you’re in
and what may be shifting in your life beneath the surface.
This allows us to work with your body and your life
rather than trying to override them.

My Mission
My mission is to help women understand what’s happening in their bodies and their lives, so they can trust their path, their choices, and their timing.
Because real change doesn’t come from following someone else’s formula.
It comes from understanding what is true for you.
My Philosophy: A different way of approaching your health
