The Practice Room
The Practice Room is an evolving library of guided movement, breath and meditation practices designed to support you through the changing needs of real life.
Some days you may need strength and challenge. Others may call for slower movement, deeper rest, breath or stillness. The Practice Room gives you somewhere to meet yourself as you are, rather than feeling you need to push through or follow a rigid program.
This is not about chasing intensity, perfect consistency or another outcome.
It is about building a sustainable relationship with practice that supports strength, awareness, regulation and longevity over time.
For teachers and practitioners, it is also a space to return to your own practice, explore movement beyond programming and reconnect with the curiosity and embodied understanding that can get lost when you spend so much of your time guiding others.
A practice for what you need today, and a place to keep returning to.

What Lives Inside
Inside The Practice Room, you’ll find a growing library of practices to meet different needs, energy levels and seasons of life.
- Grounding breath practices to help you settle and reconnect
- Guided meditations for rest, presence and mental space
- Pilates informed movement to build strength, mobility and awareness
- Short practices for the days when time or capacity is limited
- Longer sessions that offer greater physical challenge while remaining thoughtful and responsive
Every practice is guided with attention to pacing, sensation and how you are feeling that day. Some will challenge you. Some will help you slow down. Others will give you exactly enough movement to reconnect with your body without asking more of yourself than you have to give.
This is not movement you have to keep up with. It is practice that meets you where you are and gives you room to grow from there.
→ Begin Your PracticeWho This Is For

- Value awareness, curiosity and connection to your body alongside physical challenge

A Note From Me
I’ve spent more than two decades working with people through movement, health and education, as a Pilates teacher, educator, mentor, studio owner and practitioner.
Over those years, I’ve taught thousands of hours of movement, trained and mentored teachers, led large practitioner teams and continued to study the many things that influence how we feel and move. My training has expanded beyond Pilates into yoga, meditation, pain science, somatics, trauma informed practice and the nervous system.
But much of what shapes the way I teach has come from simply paying attention.
Watching what happens when we push when the body is asking for something different. Seeing how stress, energy, sleep and life circumstances can change what someone needs from one day to the next. Learning that more is not always better, and that an intelligent practice should have room for challenge, strength, curiosity, rest and change.
The Practice Room is where I bring all of that together.
These are not practices created simply to fill a library. Each one has a purpose and is shaped by the same principles that have guided my teaching for years: curiosity over correction, awareness over performance and a respect for the person doing the practice.
Some days I want to feel strong. Some days I need to move slowly. Some days ten intentional minutes is enough.
I wanted to create a space that honours all of it.
A place to practise, to notice, to challenge yourself when it feels right and to meet yourself differently when it doesn’t.
This is the work I return to myself, and the kind of practice I want to share with you.
