Because your body wasn’t the only thing stretched—your soul was, too.

They checked your stitches.
Weighed your baby.
Cleared you for exercise.
And just like that, you were “recovered.”

But you knew the truth:
Your healing had only just begun.

You were still bleeding.
Still weeping for reasons you couldn’t name.
Still trying to find a rhythm that didn’t feel like drowning.
Still figuring out who you were in the quiet moments between feeding, folding, and forgetting to eat.

This is the part no one prepares you for.

Because postpartum healing isn’t just physical.
It’s emotional.
Hormonal.
Spiritual.
Invisible.

And it deserves to be seen.

You Can Stop Pretending You’re Fine

You don’t need to “bounce back.”
You don’t need to shrink, smile, or prove anything.
You don’t need to be grateful every moment for a season that feels like a storm.

You need support.
You need nourishment.
You need truth.
And you need a space where your grief, rage, joy, confusion, and love are all welcome at the table.

You gave birth to a human—
and you’re still giving birth to the you who can hold all of this.

Your Hormones Are Changing. Your Nervous System Is, Too.

The drop in progesterone.
The rise and fall of prolactin.
The estrogen chaos.
The cortisol spikes every time your baby stirs in the night.
The oxytocin floods that feel like a wave and a wound.

This isn’t weakness.
It’s biology.
And it’s why you feel like you can’t quite land inside yourself.

Until your nervous system knows it’s safe,
your healing will feel like running uphill.

That’s why true postpartum recovery must include:

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Blood sugar and mineral stabilization

  • Deep sleep support (even if fragmented)

  • Emotional processing

  • A gentle return to movement and body awareness

  • And someone to witness you—not just the baby

It’s Not Too Late to Heal

Whether you’re 6 weeks or 6 years postpartum—
if you still feel unsettled, exhausted, or like you’ve never fully landed in your new life—
you’re not broken.

You’re likely still healing.
And that healing doesn’t happen on a timeline.
It happens in permission.
It happens in stillness.
It happens when your body finally hears the message:
“I’ve got you now.”

You Deserve a Postpartum Plan That Includes You

In my work with postpartum women, I weave together:

  • Functional lab testing for root-cause hormone and nutrient shifts

  • Nourishing, warm, and easy-to-prepare foods that rebuild and regulate

  • Nervous system tools that fit inside your messy, beautiful real life

  • Breath and movement that restore circulation, energy, and flow

  • Coaching that holds space for your transformation—not just your to-do list

Because when a baby is born, a mother is, too.
And she deserves just as much care.
